Frequently Asked Questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

  • How quickly will I see results?
Generally within 30-45 days after your first round of letters, Personal Information Request Letters, are mailed out. Although this is what generally happens, it's important to understand that credit repair takes time and a set timeframe isn't feasible to provide. Notwithstanding, the good news is that the sooner you get started on the credit repair journey, the sooner we can boost your scores.
  • How can I speed up the process of credit restoration?
Paying your bills on time by setting reminders in your calendar of the due dates for all of your bills Keeping your credit utilization below 30% Not opening new accounts while in the program Never close any accounts, including credit cards Following the recommendations of your credit repair specialist
  • Do you have a referral program?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer referral fees.
  • How do I communicate with my Credit Repair Specialist?
We take client satisfaction seriously, thus the best way to communicate with your designated specialist is via email. You may also send an email to our Customer Support Team if your question is urgent.
  • I had a great experience, how can I submit a review?"
The best way to send a review is to send it directly to your Credit Repair Specialist. You may also submit a Google Review.
  • Will items that are removed come back?
Generally, no. However, if an item comes back after you graduate from the program, we will work to get it removed for you at no cost.
  • How long will I be in the program?
Our clients are typically in the program between six (6) to ten (10) months depending on the client's credit score(s) when they join the program.
  • What is Credit?
Credit is the ability to borrow money or access goods or services with the understanding that you'll pay later. We use credit to buy lots of things, from houses and cars to groceries and clothing. If you use it responsibly, credit can be a useful tool.
  • What is a credit score?
A credit score is a number between 300–850 that depicts a consumer's creditworthiness. The higher the score, the better a borrower looks to potential lenders. A credit score is based on credit history: number of open accounts, total levels of debt, and repayment history, and other factors. Lenders use credit scores to evaluate the probability that an individual will repay loans in a timely manner. There are a few different types of scores, but the two best-known are your FICO Score and your VantageScore. They’re calculated based on the information that shows up on your credit report.
  • What is a good credit score?
Generally speaking, there are five tiers of credit score. A good credit score is anything above 670.
  • What is a bad credit score?
Anything below 670 is considered poor or only fair credit.
  • What actions hurt your credit?
The following actions can hurt your credit: Not paying bills on time Filing for bankruptcy or foreclosure Applying for too many credit accounts Carrying high balances on your credit cards Ignoring questionable negative items on your report
  • What is a FICO® Score?
Your FICO® Score is a three-digit number determined by the information on your credit report. While FICO® doesn't collect the data themselves, it's their algorithm that determines your score. Considering their score is used in 90% of all lending decisions, it's very helpful to know where you stand.
